Aus Träumen wird manchmal eine Geschäftsidee
Manche Träume von uns sind neu, manche gibt es schon lange, wurden aber noch nicht realisiert.
So hatte Saulo schon seit er 1985 nach Deutschland kam den Wunsch die kulturellen und kulinarischen Besonderheiten aus seiner Heimat, der Dominikanischen Republik, mit den Menschen hier zu teilen und auszutauschen. Viele Jahre hat er mit dem Verein Casa Latina e.V. die unterschiedlichsten Kultur-Veranstaltungen organisiert. Andere Verpflichtungen haben ihn dann für ein paar Jahre beschäftigt, aber die Liebe und der Wunsch ein Stück aus seiner Heimat hierher zu bringen und mit anderen zu teilen ist geblieben. So haben wir uns Anfang 2016 entschieden Sazón Caribe zu gründen.
Nachdem die Webseite, das Marketing und unser Konzept fertig waren, haben wir im Mai 2016 unser erstes Event veranstaltet. Das Feedback, das wir seitdem von vielen Freunden und Besuchern unserer Events bekommen haben, war durchweg positiv und hat uns bestärkt diesen Weg weiterzugehen.
Die Freude und der Genuss stehen im Mittelpunkt unseres Engagements.
Die Freude mit anderen Menschen und unserem Freundeskreis gemeinsam zu essen und zu feiern – der Genuss etwas Leckeres, nicht Alltägliches auf den Tisch zu bringen. Die Freude die traditionellen Rezepte aus der Karibik den Menschen hier näher zu bringen, sodass sie sie kennenlernen und genießen können.
Die karibische Küche ist sehr vielseitig und abwechslungsreich, sie ist reich an frischen, köstlichen Zutaten, die ihr das spezielle Aroma verleihen. Die Sazón ist das Aroma, das Gewürz und der Geschmack. Dies möchten wir gerne mit Euch teilen. Wir freuen uns auf wunderbare Gerichte und spannende Events.

Sometimes dreams become an idea of business
Some dreams are new, some have been there for a long time, but not yet realized.
Saulo had the wish to share and exchange the cultural and culinary features from his native country, the Dominican Republic, since he came to Germany in 1985.
For many years he has organized different culture events with Verein Casa Latina e. V. Other obligations occupied him for a couple of years, but the love and the desire to bring and to share with others a piece from his native country has remained. So, we have decided to found Sazón Caribe at the beginning of 2016.
After the web page, the marketing and our concept were ready, we organized our first event in May 2016. The feedback, we received from many friends and customers who tried our meals, were very positive which encouraged us to continue with this dream turn reality.
Joy and pleasure are the most important aspects of our engagement:
The joy of eating and celebrating with others and the pleasure of bringing something delicious to the table. Not only that, but the joy of giving a better understanding of the traditional recipes from the Caribbean to the people here are one of the reasons we do this.
The Caribbean style of cooking is very versatile and varied. It is rich and fresh, with delicious ingredients which award the special flavor. The flavor, the spice, and the taste is the Sazón. We would like to share this with you. We look forward to wonderful dishes and exciting events.
